The Tourist Office of Les Carroz is committed through the “Qualité Tourisme” trademark.
The Tourist Office, classified Category I, has been engaged in a quality tourism approach since 2013 to ensure a demanding and constant level of quality service. We ensure the effectiveness of our organization and a dynamic of continuous improvement towards our visitors, partners, socio-professionals and community.
Quality brand renewal by audit on October 8, 2019. Next renewal audit in fall 2024.
OUR COMMITMENTS TO VISITORS
- Ensure a personalized and warm welcome thanks to qualified, competent and trained staff and respond precisely to the requests of our visitors
- Provide reliable, qualified and accurate information.
- Adapt our opening hours to visitor traffic.
- Ensure continuous and continuous improvement of our services and services in order to adapt them to the expectations of our customers.
- Educate our visitors to an eco-responsible behavior.
- Measure the satisfaction of our visitors through satisfaction surveys, and be attentive by monitoring suggestions and complaints: your opinion is taken into account at the Tourist Office of Les Carroz.

- Organize exchange meetings (Review meeting/early season perspectives, qualitative thematic working groups)
- Communicate regularly the directions taken, the fill rates, our actions and our quality approach via meetings and professional newsletters
- Provide the necessary tourist documentation (brochures, flyers).
- Conduct joint communication actions, visit your structure to improve the knowledge of the offer, raise awareness of Quality and sustainable development, welcome project leaders.
- Define the specific services and benefits for our members, presented on a dedicated support with clear rates, to evolve our service offer according to your needs.
OUR COMMITMENTS TO OUR COMMUNITY AND INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERS
- Propose every 3 or 5 years a tourism strategy built in line with the expectations and needs of the territory, allowing to achieve the defined objectives.
- Develop common priority thematic projects to support the creation and marketing of related products.
- Participate in joint actions in line with the strategy of the Tourist Office.
- Participate in the network and dissemination of information, and tourism observation at the departmental, regional and national levels.
- Support local authorities on their project of equipment and development promoting the installation of economic actors.
