Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas and sanitary checks in compliance with hygiene standards
• Thorough cleaning of apartments
• Organizing laundry and storage spaces
• Restocking dishes and various utensils
• Actively participating on arrival days with our housekeeper and housekeeping teams (preparing apartments, linen removal, laundry management, etc.)
• Implementing actions aimed at enhancing client comfort
• Ensuring the security of the establishment
• Maintaining a high standard of quality
• Adhering to internal procedures and budget
• Complying with hygiene and safety standards in line with legal regulations, as well as
• Performing any additional tasks requested by the Director of the Establishment if reinforcement is needed in other departments.

Profile:

You are committed to quality in your work, with cleanliness and good service organization as top priorities. You work efficiently and discreetly in both apartments and common areas of the residence. You are autonomous, organized, and have good interpersonal skills. Your communication with both team members and clients is positive and constructive.

You are comfortable using smartphones and basic apps for tracking tasks.

• Snack bar opening hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating menu items and à la carte options (drinks and quick meals only)

• Place orders
• Manage and receive stock deliveries

Skills:

• Holder of a NVQ Level 2 (CAP/BEP) in hospitality or catering, or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a multi-skilled cook in a snack bar or similar establishment

• Ability to work independently, with reliability and enthusiasm
• Ability to process payments and operate the cash register

Type of Employment:

• Seasonal fixed-term contract – Mid-December to the end of March (possible extension to April depending on snow conditions)

• Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off during school holidays; 5 days on, 2 days off outside school holidays
• Work on weekends (minimum 1 weekend day, adjusted based on family circumstances); fixed days off during the season

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers
• Sell transport tickets (passes, insurance, “rail sled” activity, etc.)
• Use and master the Open Resort ticketing software (training provided pre-season in early December)
• Check and close the cash register at the end of each day
• Support additional duties (maintaining sales points, assisting with queues, supporting access control, etc.)

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient with digital tools
• Good level of English
• Self-reliant, thorough, and organised, with a preference for diverse tasks
• Previous cash handling experience is a plus
• Basic skiing ability

Employment period: From Monday, December 16, 2024, to Saturday, April 26, 2025

Job type:

• 3 positions available on a fixed-term seasonal contract
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
• Daytime hours: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• One Saturday every two weeks: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Salary: €2000 gross
• Overtime paid or compensated with time off
• Meal vouchers covered at 58% by the company (€12.50 per ticket)

Responsibilities:

The job involves maintaining the common areas of residential buildings (about a hundred condominiums). Tasks include sweeping, cleaning, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, window cleaning, etc.
